I'm Michael, a project manager in Washington, D.C.

Most of my career has circled healthcare, just from different vantage points. I've built relationships with health system executives, helped organizations grow internal training programs, and now implement the technology that reaches patients directly. The role keeps changing, but the work has always come back to making care better.

I started on the relationship side. As an account manager in higher education, I worked with senior leaders at health systems to connect their staff with development programs that advanced careers and, downstream, patient care. From there I moved into strategic partnerships, helping executives stand up internal Allied Health training programs from scratch.

At DrFirst, I implement medication management solutions for healthcare organizations across a network serving more than 100 million patients a year. It's complex work with a lot of moving parts and tight timelines. The job is to get technology live and working, so providers can focus on delivering the highest quality care.

Coming soon — check back for updates on what I'm working on.
